Implementation of scientific work’s results of
Professor of telecommunication systems department KHNURE doctor of technical sciences, professor Savanevich Vadim, engineer of the station NCSDCT Bryukhovetskiy Alexander, engineer of the station NCSDCT Kozhukhov Alexander, leading programmer of RDI of micrography Dikov Eugen, engineer of the group NCSDCT Vlasenko Vladimir
Professor Savanevich V., Bryukhovetskiy A., Kozhukhov A., Dikov E., Vlasenko V., (natural persons) are participants of The Software of Automatic Detection of Asteroids’ project that is based on computing methods developed by Savanevich V. (administrator of the project). These are computing methods of detection and evaluation of characteristics of celestial objects with faint brightness by small aperture telescopes, that is possible due to the accumulation of signal along objects’ tracks using multivalued coordinates’ transform, which permits multistage realization. Savanevich V., Bryukhovetskiy A., Kozhukhov A., Dikov E., Vlasenko V.in collaboration with Elenin L. (observer of Russian remotely ISON-NM observatory, H15), acting as natural persons working in their spare time, adapted the present software to technical features of ISON-NM telescope. Since the end of November 2010 this software has been tested in ISON-NM observatory.
In spite of the fact, that the present software still needs some improvement, it increased the productivity of ISON-NM observatory in discovery of new asteroids and observation of already known ones.
Since software’s testing (November 29 2010 – January 13 2011) ISON-NM observatory has automatically discovered 140 Main belt asteroids. Using this software, ISON-NM observer maid 3868 observations of 967 asteroids and discovered 39 asteroids (January 2-3, 2011) and that is observatory’s record for number of observations and observed/discovered asteroids. As a result of work (November 29, 2010 – January 13, 2011), ISON-NM observatory sent 36361 measurements of 8517 objects to the MPC. Observatory’s productivity for one working night using the present software doubled in quantity of observations and 3.7 times increased for the number of discovered asteroids.
December 10, 2010 – ISON-NM observer discovered the comet C/2010 X1 (ELENIN). That is the first comet discovered by a Russian astronomer (since 1990).
Corresponding information about all previously mentioned discoveries can be found in MPC circulars:

The present software is successfully used by ISON NM observatory and is recommended as useful to other astronomical observatories all around the world.
